The MIHUD Platform is a national-scale digital service delivery system designed to modernize how housing and urban development services are accessed and managed across Zambia. The platform centralizes housing records, land allocations, rental properties, and service applications into a single authoritative digital registry, eliminating fragmented paper-based processes and duplicated records across departments.

At its core, the system automates complex approval workflows for housing applications, transfers, and lease management. Citizens can submit applications online, track their status in real time, and make payments digitally, while ministry officials process requests through role-based dashboards with built-in validation and audit trails.

From a governance perspective, MIHUD enhances transparency and accountability by maintaining immutable logs of transactions and decisions. Management dashboards provide real-time insights into housing stock, occupancy rates, revenue collection, and service performance.

Developed as a specialized subcontractor for Tetra Tech under the USAID Integrated Land and Resource Governance (ILRG) project.

The Brightleaf Regulatory System is a national agricultural compliance platform developed to regulate Zambia's tobacco industry from grower registration to final market delivery. It provides the Tobacco Board of Zambia with full digital oversight of one of the country's most economically significant export sectors.
